A veces me repito cuando uso palabras como conección, inspiración y energía positiva despues de una sesión en el Teaming Institute (cada jueves a las 17h. en la Calle Ecuador 2, 3a planta en Barcelona) pero ayer una vez mas he visto el sentido de conectar a personas que ya aplican el Teaming con gente que esta interesada en aprender sobre cómo poner en marcha la idea . Me encanta ver que los Teaming Managers que ya han empezado a mover la idea siempre comparten experiencias muy positivas. Como por ejemplo ayer Montse Nieto de la Diputación o Quima Albalate del Hospital Sant Camil … Una vez que el Teaming esta en marcha tanto el grupo de personas como la creatividad solo puede crecer, lo bueno que es que los compañeros se unen por una causa y mucho mas … Viendo de cerca este valor de conectar a las personas con grandes corazones, estoy convencido de que la comunidad virtual Teaming (digamos un Facebook para Teaming Managers que la empresa Everis esta desarrollando gratis!) será una herramienta clave que llevará el Teaming a otra dimensión. Todo lo bueno de persona a persona que veo y siento cada semana en el Teaming Institute seguro que pronto también lo vamos a ver y sentir entre mucha mas gente en mas paises gracias a esta comunidad virtual y humana! ___________________________________________________ Sometimes I repeat myself when I use words like connection, inspiration and positive energy after a session at the Teaming Institute (every Thursday at 17h. at the Calle Ecuador 2, 3rd floor in Barcelona) but yesterday I have seen one more time the sense of connecting persons that already apply Teaming with people interested in learning about how to start up the idea . I love to see that the Teaming Managers that already started moving the idea always share very positive experiences. Like for example yesterday Montse Nieto from the Diputación or Quima Albalate from the Hospital Sant Camil … Once Teaming has been started up both the group of persons as well as the creativity can only grow, the good thing on colleagues getting together for a cause and much more … Seeing closely this value of connecting people with big hearts, I am convinced that the virtual community (let’s say a Facebook for Teaming Managers which the company Everis is developing for free!) will be a key tool that will bring Teaming to another dimension. All the good things from person to person I see and feel every week at the Teaming Institute for sure will also soon be seen and felt between much more people in more countries thanks to this virtual and human community!
