Cuando hace un año visité a Rafa Carrascosa de Medicos Sin Fronteras me acuerdo muy bien que me dijo “en nuestra Ong tenemos una misión muy clara y corta … salvar vidas!” Recordé estas palabras cuando leí un mail de Laura Diez-Cascón, la Teaming Manager de MC Mutual, diciendo que esta muy contenta que en su empresa hay cada vez mas compañeros que conocen el Teaming apuntandose a la iniciativa (ya son casi 400) y entre todos votaron por un primer proyecto de Medicos Sin Fronteras . Por eso me atrevo a pensar que en MC Mutual salvan vidas sin esfuerzo de nadie haciendo Teaming y esto es logicamente lo que mas importa. Pero también es importante que la idea une a compañeros! Por eso no es casualidad que Laura trabaja como Responsable de Proyectos Corporativos y Comunicación Interna en el Departament de RRHH. Como decia ayer en una reunión con la Universidad de Barcelona en la sede de la Seat “mi gran sueño es que algun dia el Teaming será algo normal, evidente y conocido en las empresas y por eso es tan importante que cientificamente se pueda demostrar que el Teaming no solo ayuda a Ong’s, sino tambíen a las organizaciones y sus personas aplicando la idea…” ______________________________________________________ When a year ago I visited Rafa Carrascosa from Doctors Without Borders I remember very well that he told me “Within our Ngo we have a very clear and short mission … saving lives!” I reminded these words when I read a mail from Laura Diez-Cascón, the Teaming Manager of MC Mutual, telling me that she is very happy that in her company a growing number of persons knows Teaming joining the initiative (they almost reached 400) and between all of them they voted for a first project of Doctors Without Borders . That’s why I dare to think that within MC Mutual they are saving lives without anybody’s effort doing Teaming and this is logically what matters most. But it’s also important that the idea unites colleagues! That’s why it’s not coincidence that Laura works as a Corporate Projects and Internal Communications Manager at the HR department. As I said yesterday in a meeting with the Universidad de Barcelona at the Seat head offices “my big dream is that some day Teaming will be something normal, evident and known within companies and that’s why it is so important that scientifically it can be shown that Teaming does not only help Ngo’s, but also the organisations and their persons applying the idea…”
