Como ayer he visto que a veces hay gente que aparece espontaneamente para asistir a la sesión semanal en el Teaming Institute (que es muy buena señal!) quiero informar que el próximo encuentro será el dia 21 a las 17h. El jueves que viene no estaré en Barcelona porque me han invitado para hacer una charla en el congreso de oficinas de turismo donde el objetivo será hacer Teaming en una red grande de muchas oficinas pequeñas! A veces puede parecer complicado aplicar la idea en una organización con muchos equipos en todo el pais pero por ejemplo Cajamar (que difunde su caso Teaming asi en su web ) demuestra que no lo es. Incluso es interesante ver cómo cada oficina responde al Teaming para analizar su capacidad de trabajo en equipo y unión entre compañeros. Es una de las cosas que estamos investigando junto con la Universidad de Barcelona (mas info aqui) donde las primeras empresas Teaming ya estan participando! ____________________________________________________ As yesterday I have seen that sometimes people show up spontaneously to assist to the weekly session at the Teaming Institute (which is a very good sign!) Sometimes it might seem complicated to apply the idea in an organisation with many teams all over the country but for example Cajamar (spreading their Teaming case this way at their web ) shows that it is not. It’s even interesting to see how every office responds to Teaming in order to analyse their teamwork capacity and union between colleagues. This is one of the things we are researching on together with the Universidad de Barcelona (more info here) where the first Teaming companies are already participating!
