Cada vez hay mas gente aplicando y difundiendo el Teaming a su manera y creo que esto es muy buena señal. Un buen ejemplo es el portal aleman Better Place que resume el Teaming diciendo “tu y tu equipo contra un problema en el mundo”. Que bueno! O cuando hace unas semanas me han invitado en el Comité Teaming del grupo CCMA (TV3, Catalunya Radio y mas empresas) hemos hecho una foto delante de este “bicho” que dice “ solo contigo hacemos un gran equipo ” y tiene toda la razón. Hablando de TV3 hace tiempo me preguntaron en este reportage sobre el Teaming en el programa Nit al Dia si no tengo miedo de perder el control y que algun dia me roben la idea. Mi respuesta era que esto es precisamente lo que quiero… que todo el mundo robe la idea! _____________________________________________________ There is a growing number of people applying and spreading Teaming on their own way and I think this is a very good sign. Or when a couple of weeks ago I was invited in the Teaming Committee of the group CCMA (TV3, Catalunya Radio and more companies) we made a picture in front of this “animal” that says “only with you we make a big team” and he is fully right. Talking about TV3 some time ago I was asked in this documentary of the program Nit al Dia if I am not affraid to lose control and that some day the idea will be stolen. My answer was that this is exactly what I want… that everybody steals the idea!
