Ayer he hecho dos charlas muy diferentes pero con el mismo resultado. Por la mañana me invitó Gemma Tellez de la escuela de enfermería Santa Madrona donde la base del mensaje era cómo Mónica ha cambiado mi vida de una manera muy positiva y cómo gracias a sus discapacidades ha nacido el Teaming. Hablamos sobre todo de la parte emocional del Teaming mientras por la tarde hablé para un grupo de empresarios y politicos en Centelles, organizado por Lourdes Tebé de Epoche, donde el mensaje era mucho mas técnico: trabajo en equipo, liderazgo y responsabilidad social corporativa . Aunque los dos grupos y presentaciones eran muy diferentes el objetivo era lo mismo: difundir el Teaming para conseguir mas acción. Aparte de que por la mañana varias enfermeras ya querían poner en marcha la idea en sus hospitales, por la tarde Pere Mulero de la empresa Eix Estels confirmó que hoy mismo empezará el Teaming con sus 130 empleados porque opina que será muy positivo para conectar con sus compañeros. Espero conseguir lo mismo esta tarde cuando daré otra clase de Teaming para la escuela de negocios EADA! _____________________________________________________________ Yesterday I did two very different presentations but with the same result. In the morning I was invited by Gemma Tellez from the nursery school Santa Madrona where the basis of the message was how Mónica changed my life on a very positive way and how thanks to her handicaps Teaming was born. We talked especially about the emotional part of Teaming whereas in the afternoon I talked for a group of entrepreneurs and politicians in Centelles, organized by Lourdes Tebé from Epoche, where the message was much more technical: teamwork, leadership and corporate social responsibility . Although the two groups and presentations were very different the objective was the same: spreading Teaming to achieve more action. Apart from the fact that in the morning various nurses already wanted to start the idea in their hospitals, in the afternoon Pere Mulero from the company Eix Estels confirmed that today he will start Teaming with his 130 employees because he is of the opinion that this will be very positive to connect with his colleagues. I hope to achieve the same this afternoon when I give another Teaming lesson for the business school EADA!
