“El principio de hacer Teaming es mucho mas importante que la cantidad que se genera”. Esto es lo que respondí a Oscar Alcides quién ha estado en mi charla en Pinamar, Argentina el febrero pasado y quién me envió un ejemplo precioso de su manera de aplicar la idea. Oscar tiene una amiga (Norma) que acaba de separarse de su marido y tiene serios problemas para cubrir todos los gastos de sus 4 hijos. Por eso Oscar ha organizado el Teaming con un grupo de amigos y asi hasta ahora ya han generado 190 Pesos para que Norma podía comprar algo mas de comida. Esto es muy grande Oscar! Aunque hablando de otras cantidaes es igual de grande que el caso de Lucia Garcia de Caja Madrid quién ha conocido el Teaming por mi charla en IESE Madrid el año pasado y desde entonces ha empezado a mover la idea con sus compañeros. Me dice que lo mejor es que su equipo Teaming (de momento ya tiene casi 800 participantes) va creciendo cada mes automaticamente gracias a los comentarios entre los empleados y también destaca que a nivel personal ha conocido muchos compañeros nuevos de otros departamentos y oficinas gracias al Teaming. El hecho que Lucia y Oscar se han motivado a hacer el Teaming gracias a asistir a mi charla me motiva mucho a seguir difundiendo mi mensaje donde sea y cuando sea! ______________________________________________________________ “The principal of doing Teaming is much more important than the quantity that is generated”. That’s why Oscar organised Teaming with a group of friends and this way they already generated 190 Pesos so that Norma could buy some more food. This is really great Oscar! Eventhough we are talking about other quantities it is as great as the case of Lucia Garcia from Caja Madrid who learned about Teaming through my presentation at IESE Madrid last year and since then she has started to move the idea with her colleagues. She tells me that the best things is that her Teaming team (for the moment she already has almost 800 participants) is growing every month automatically thank to the comments between employees and she also highlights at a personal level that she has known a lot of new colleagues from other departments and offices thanks to Teaming. The fact that Lucia and Oscar got motivated to do Teaming thanks to assisting to my presentation motivates a lot to keep on spreading my message wherever and whenever!
