Ayer por la tarde tenía mi primera reunión con los responsables de RRHH del Grupo Agbar donde ya han decidido que quieren desarrollar un Teaming muy grande y bien hecho en sus empresas. Como estamos hablando de un proyecto muy ambicioso (en total tienen 15.000 empleados en diferentes paises!) creo que es interesante que desde el principio voy compartiendo los pasos de este proceso . Como si fuera un curso on-line todo el mundo podrá ver esta experiencia de cerca con el objetivo de aprender cómo empezar el Teaming en organizaciones grandes. Incluso puede ser una fuente de inspiración para gente que quiere mover la idea en equipos mas pequeños. Empezemos con el primer paso … Ayer acordamos que vamos a crear un comité Teaming con personas de departamentos que son importantes para aplicar el Teaming: RRHH, RSC, Comunicación Interna, Marketing, Administración. La semana que viene este comité Teaming, que también tendrá ayuda de la Consultería Social Alter Company, se reunirá para desarrollar un plan de acción. To be continued… ____________________________________________________ Yesterday afternoon I had my first meeting with the HR Managers of Grupo Agbar where it was already decided that they want to develop a very big and well done Teaming within their companies. As we are talking about a very ambitious project (in total they have 15.000 employees in various countries!) I think it is interesting that as from the beginning I go sharing the steps of this process. As if it was an on-line course everybody can see closely this experience with the objective to learn about how to start Teaming in big organisations. It even can be a source of inspiration for people that want to move the idea in smaller teams. Let’s start with the first step … Yesterday we agreed that we are going to create a Teaming committee with persons from departments which are important to apply Teaming : HR, CSR, Internal Communication, Marketing, Administration. Next week this committee, which will also be helped by the Social Consultancy Alter Company, will meet in order to develop an action plan. To be continued…
