Una de las cosas que mas me gusta de mi trabajo diario en el Teaming es estar en contacto con personas muy diferentes. Desde presidentes de multinacionales hasta voluntarios de Ong’s. Desde responsables de RRHH hasta profesores de Marketing. Gente de todas las edades, culturas y religiones pero todos con una cosa importante en común; mover el Teaming desde su corazón. Es lo que estaba comentando ayer durante mi visita a la fundación Helping to Help donde por cierto ya han recibido sus primeras donaciones Teaming y donde difunden la idea de esta manera para buscar mas microdonaciones en equipo. Hablamos de la importancia de actuar desde el corazón porque quién ha empezado a mover el Teaming para Helping to Help ha sido Luis Rullán, un conocido alto directivo con mucho prestigio. Es decir desde arriba también se puede aplicar el Teaming, solo hace falta sentirlo de corazón. Me repito un poco pero creo de verdad que tanto para el Teaming como para cualquier organización la calidad humanidad es lo que mas importa. No es casualidad que en esta entrevista Luis Rullán tien la misma opinión… __________________________________________________ One of the things I like most of my daily work on Teaming is being in contact with very different persons. This is something I was commenting yesterday during my visit to the foundation Helping to Help where by the way they have already received their first Teaming donations and where they spread the idea this way in order to search for more team microdonations. We talked about the importance of acting from your heart because who started moving Teaming for Helping to Help was Luis Rullán, a well known and prestigious top manager. I.e. from above it is also possible to apply Teaming, the only thing needed is feeling it from your heart. I quite repeat myself but I do believe that both for Teaming and for any organisation human quality is what most matters. It´s no coincidence that in this interview Luis Rullán has the same opinion…
